Somerset Strings is a small luthiery workshop in Wells, Somerset.  Established in 2022 after training with Phil Messer at the Totnes School of Guitar Making. I now offer guitar setups, repairs, upgrades and custom builds.  I am also a Taylor certified service technician. As an electronics engineer with many years of experience I can also service and repair amplifiers, both valve and solid state.
